Absolutely. We provide annual treatment plans to keep pests away all year long. These plans include proactive inspections and priority scheduling for any follow-ups.
Our treatments are water-based, low-toxicity, and safe for children and pets. While leaving the house isn’t required, we recommend avoiding treated areas for about 2 hours to allow everything to fully dry. Just no touching, walking on, or nibbling the walls—yes, we’ve seen it all.
Pricing depends on the size of your property and the type of pest being treated. We offer free estimates and transparent, up-front pricing. No surprises, no hidden fees — ever.
Not much! We’ll let you know if there’s anything specific based on the pest, but generally we just ask that you move pets, kids’ toys, or food items away from treatment areas. We’ll handle the rest.
